Where did you hear that? All three classes of the poodle - standard, toy and minature, has consistently won or placed high in its Breed category over the years in the Westminster Kennel Club dog show. Maybe you need to adjust your tv  ?

I know you were joking. That is why I came back with the tounge-in-cheek-sarcastic kennel club answer, which is true btw. But, I couldn't resist. 
And, it has been shown that people who abuse animals are more likely to be serial killers.....
