They have been few and far in between, but when I have one of those days I pamper myself when I get home. I treat myself to a favorite meal, take a hot bath, curl up in my bed with a magazine or watch tv, and sometimes fall asleep a bit earlier than usual. I avoid talking on the phone and focus on myself.
