				Quinnipiac University Presentation

Got this in an email from the Boston AA:
 Sisters~
We are thrilled to let you know that Alpha Delta Pi has been asked to present at Quinnipiac University in Hampden , CT on April 26 for expansion consideration.

What does this mean? Quinnipiac University wants to invite a sorority to colonize on their campus. We are one of the sororities that have been invited to make a presentation.

How can you help? We do not have an Alumnae Association in that immediate area (although some interest has been expressed!). We are reaching out other area Alumnae Associations and we need your support for this presentation.

What do we need? We would like to have a solid group of about 15 Alumnae at our presentation. The presentation begins at 7pm on Wednesday, April 26 th. It will be on campus at Quinnipiac University in Hampden, CT (room location TBA). We will want you to share your collegiate experiences (positive ones), show support for having a new chapter, and help host those who come to hear us present.

Do we know who else is presenting?
 Good luck to all!

Is anyone going to this? I may be starting a new job on the 24th, but if I can delay that, I want to come to this presentation!

 | I know one of the 2004-2005 TCCs will be there.

Firstandfinest - They are asking for a head count of who will be coming so if you want to RSVP PM me and I'll send you the person to contact.

				I can go!

I'm so excited! I got the job offer (way excited about that, too) but it was extended later than anticipated, thus later start date, thus I can go to this presentation!! I'm going to drive up with a sister advisor who lives in Manhattan.

Sorry to crash but I have a bit of info for you....sixteen groups submitted packets for consideration (out of 24 not on the campus which is amazing). Presenters will be AOTT, ADPi and KAO.

Please forgive me, sisters. I MUST leave for work now that I'm an hour late (for my 2nd to last day!). I promise to post more after work - they blocked GC! - including a picture I took!

It is with great sadness that I report Alpha Delta Pi was not selected to colonize at Quinnipiac. The ladies of Theta were chosen. Congratulations, Thetas!

				maybe next year

The university is talking about expanding again next year! Based on the numbers, I'd say they could support yet another sorority. Here's to hoping!
