ClassyLady, I feel the same as you. I've taken a few kickboxing classes at my gym, but would I remember anything at the time of an attack? I don't know I feel that I will be able to fight them off, but I'm sure it's a different story when someone is holding a knife or a gun at you. I just pray that God will be with me.
Has anyone ever been in that situation where you had to defend yourself? If so, what did you? It's truly a scary thought.
