Having formerly lived in Birmingham, I can attest to the high unemployment rate -and I also read that the job market in Atlanta is pretty tight too. I believe the Washington D.C. area should have been number one instead of Atlanta for this reason. I couldn't believe Baltimore was chosen as a desirable city either with the crime statistics it has
