How about salsa dancing or swing dancing. The guys could wear nice pants, button-down shirts, and ties. The girls could wear nice cocktail-length dresses, and you could serve classy mixed drinks (gin and tonics, flavored martinis or cosmos, margaritas). And I think girls would like the dancing (provided the guys actually participate and dance with the girls), and it would be much classier dancing than the usual booty-shakin', bump n' grindin' freak dancing that goes on at frat parties.
