I think this, too, has changed. I kinda backed up our MIA TME Advisor this semester, and learned there are folders that are to be given to Alphas but the lessons are all online, not in a manual/book. (The NMC Manual is available on PO, so you could check it out to see what is to be given to the Alphas.)
