We always gave out similar awards except we did it each semester. A couple of additional ones we had were:
TOP Teke Officer and TKE Chapter Sweetheart.
(Sweetheart was always announced only annually at the chapter Sweetheart Dance held around Valentines day at the TKE house. Its kind of cool to be bringing a date to the house instead of just inviting "All Women". The TKE sweetheart was also a guest of honor at the RCB.)
We gave the awards out each semester because we always changed officers in December. Generally about right now after everyone returns form Thanksgivng. All the winners got their names engraved on a large plaque with a column for each award. With it hanging in the house, it made those winners very proud as they passed through the chapter room.
Giving the awards each semester was a motivator for both parts of the year. Awards are like pats on the back. They don't cost anything and they go along way. Hope this helps.
