This is hilarious. God forbid a chapter wanna look respectable on campus. Around here, greek "dress" is to be classy and respectable. For some reason, a hoodie with huge letters doesnt fit the description, at least at campuses similar to mine. We generally would prefer that our guys look like they just got done with casual friday or a round of golf than a rock concert or the skateboard park. I'm aware that things are different in different parts of the country, but just because someone chooses not to emblazon themselves with letters doesnt mean they arent a "real" greek.
