Oh, I'm calling 19 and just discovered fratty (or whomever/wherever she's gotten her ideas of What Is Done from this week.. this clearly reads like someone who decided to specify something they do/don't do to show how Elite they are without really thinking it all through).

Not a troll, just young and self-important.
