I went for years without knowing another soul that suffers from migraines the way that I do. I found a lot of people on healingwell.com that understood what I was going through. My family and friends thought I was crazy to let a "headache" keep me in bed for days at a time. It is all in my head they would say.
I have had migraines for as long as I can remember, but I also started gettign daily headaches six years ago after my daughter was born.
I now have daily headaches that can and do develop into migraines. I have tried everything from Magnesium to Topamax and now I have finally found a combination that works cymbalta, an anti depressant, and 2 Excedrin as soon as I wake up each morning. I take Relpax for the mirgraine pain.
It seems to be working fairly well so far.
P.S. My Relpax co pay is $73.58 for 12 pills. I hate Cigna
