Delta Phi Epsilon has chapters in many of these states including:
Phi Eta Chapter at Northeastern University
Epsilon Tau Chapter at Bentley College
Alpha Pi Chapter at Southern Connecticut State University
Alpha Upsilon Chapter at Johnson & Wales
Beta Psi Chapter at Brandeis University
just to name a few
I know we had a chapter at University of Vermont way back in the day, too.
