Speaking for myself..
I am looking for a DEMONSTRATED commitment! I mean it is easy to talk the talk, but walking the walk is another story. When I was on the other side, I attended most (EXCEPT FOR 1) of the functions/activity/programs that was held on my campus and I was juggling a full-time job, school, man and child. Now some will make EXCUSES but, as far as I am concerened you must show that you have the time, energy, efforts and whatever else necessary BEFORE RUSH.. otherwise how can we speak of you or rather in your favor.
