I am anti-bargain. If it dosen't come from Abercromie & Fitch, Gap, Old Navy, Express, or American Eagle I don't want it. IMO discount/sale racks and outlet stores has the UGLIEST clothes!
Both my high school and college campus is pretty dressy, in contrast to some I have been to.
IMHO, if you can afford it, buy descent clothes, don't be a tightwad.
