I read that... I'll buy the "laying it on thick" for votes idea, but who on Idol doesn't? Everybody has their agenda and their way of accomplishing it. Kellie is just going for the dumb girl approach.
I didn't read any of the "back story" (or whatever its called) so I don't know who her former friend is whose sharing this stuff. Whoever it is must have had a falling out with her for him/her to be saying such bad stuff. In which case, why should we trust him/her?
I'm not trying to say Kellie is the best by any means, but I think she's getting unnecessarily picked on. But maybe that's just what she gets for playing the dumb role.
