Phi Sig badge

Phi Sigma Epsilon, founded in 1910 at Kansas State Teachers
College, Emporia, KS. Yes, that is a Phi Sig badge. They had
several strong chapters, heavily jock, but lost ground when the
biggies came on and the schools became State U's. They did
merge with the other Phi Sig and it was a good deal as they met
very few places, was good for both. Baird's has good history.
