But a bargain is a bargain. If it can be proved that Geezer did indeed think that her favors were worth half of his estate, then it's hers. His son would still get half of a $1.6 billion dollar inheritance. Doesn't our Supreme Court have better things with which to concern themselves?

It's a little more complicated than that. I don't really feel like getting into it but it has to do with a state court ruling one way and a federal court ruling the other. I heard that there was also a trust fund that was started for her by her husband but wasnt finished by the time he died. After his death his son destroyed or covered up the evidence of such trust fund, leaving her shit out of luck.
