My sorority's (Alpha Sigma Kappa) Alpha Chapter has a house, but none of the other chapters do.
The main problem with being un-housed is that without a central place to call our own (even a permanent office-area or meeting room somewhere on campus), we're rather disunified in any of our endeavors.
Yes, the un-housed chapters accomplish a lot and have lots of fun anyway - yet I still wish houses were a reality for them.
