Funny that it happened 2 years ago, and she only sued 2 weeks ago. Way to wait out the statute of limitations. If it was that much of a concern, get things taken care of right away, so the evidence can be preserved. And if she wanted to bring this to the attention of the public- why didn't she do it then, instead of waiting 2 years. Where is the bag? Did she save it?
