My LD honey came down and spent the weekend with me. He wanted to take me to a nice restaraunt for dinner and I told him "You know what, lets just stay home and cook. I dont like cooking for myself most of the time, so the only time I really enjoy cooking is when I have someone else to cook for." And he said he was okay with that.
For Christmas, he bought me a bracelet from Kay, and got a $100 gift certificate to use on a future purchase of $200 or more. So we went shopping together to try to find something. We didnt find anything that we liked, and I told him I didnt need anymore jewelry anyway. So while we were out shopping on Saturday, we went to a shoe store. I must say, i am a Skechers addict, and I'm a flip flop whore. I found 2 pairs of skechers flip flops that were $25 each. I was like "Oh MAN, i want these but $25 for FLIP FLOPS???" and thn i started justifying it to myself - because I wear them so much during the summer that i'll definitely get $25 worth out of them. Spring Break is in 3 weeks and I'm going on a cruise, so I needed new flip flops anyway. So my honey bought them for me and said "Happy Valentines Day!" and it totally made my day. Flip Flops made me much happier than any necklace or earrings would have anyway
BTW, I bought him a new watch - his old one broke, so he was happy about that.
