I would love to go but unfortunately I'm stuck in Germany and probably won't be making my way back to the States until next year. All you Lovely Lady Leo's party enough for me (July 31).

Now you know there are direct flights between Philly and Frankfurt. Just get on one of them, and tell your superiors you'll be back in a few days. J/K We'll give a special toast to you at the party.

I'm actually not in the service anymore- if I were it would probably make it easier to sneak away. For what a ticket costs ya know I need to be staying more than a weekend and that's where I run into my problem

I don't know yet. I'm currently looking for another job and may not have enough vacation time or money to go. I went to Virgina Beach on a wing and a prayer. I would love to meet all of my GC sorors! Pray that everything works out!

Thanks Soror! I just arrived in Germany in August so I've only been a part of the chapter for a couple of months but so far I'm happy with my new Delta home. The one down side is there is only one chapter in Germany and all of the meetings/events are held in one central location. Unfortunately for some Sorors, like myself, you may have to travel 3 hours just to get to a meeting or an event (to include committee meetings held during the week)! I'm not sure what the price of gas is in the States but you may have to sell a kidney to get enough gas money for the week in Germany (the cost of living is ridiculous)!
