As far as individual members, the first step is being sent to Honor Council (if you haven't paid by 7 days after dues are due). You explain to them why it is you haven't paid, and they (with you present), work out a date by which you must pay. Until you are paid in full, you can't go to socials or take a little sis. If you don't pay by this date, your badge is held by the treasurer and you lose voting privileges. If you are STILL delinquent, you could lose your membership.
On a chapter level, not paying dues results in loss of chapter accreditation (which means you aren't a chapter operating in good standing). Continued delinquency in dues can result in removal from any chapter housing facilities, and eventually, closure due to financial inadequacy.
