Graduate School?

I am thinking about going to graduate school in the biology field. The only problem is that i am not sure what i want to do my research in. There are many things that interest me and I am not sure if an interest is enough to commit to for so long of time.

I was just wondering if anyone could share with me how they choose what their research was and maybe some advise about how they narrowed down their school choices.

For me, money and location isnt a factor as i (finally) got my college fund from my parents and if i had to, i can pay for things myself. I am just saying this cause so far most advise i have gotten is people making choices on school and research based on program closest to their location and/or could afford cost of school, any finally these two factors are not a hinderance to me.
