When I was in school, I remember one of our COR events we went to this little pizza place in Tucson (like one of those mom and pop places), had pizza and chatted with the PNM's. It was very relaxed because the sisters could easily get up, move around and talk to the girls.
Some other's have mentioned BBQ's, but in January, that might be a little out of the question.
Can't think of anything else. Maybe when I'm in NC next week I'll get hit with a brillant idea. LOL.
