ask around amongst your current and former teachers to find if any are sorority members or if they know anyone in a sorority. ask your friends(both female and male) if their moms or another female family member are sorority members. have your parents ask their friends and/or co-workers if they know anyone who is an alumnae member or even a collegiate member of a sorority. ask women at your church. if you can find one sorority member, she may know other women in different sororities to introduce you to.
most sorority women are more than happy to provide you with the name of members of others sororities with whom they are friends, so don't be afraid to ask them if they know any other sorority women. and be sure to write thank yous to anyone who does write you a rec.
