Danielle, how about if you buy an inexpensive wicker basket and fill it with small bags of different coffees and cocoa mixes and maybe a mug and those chocolate-covered stirrers (ever see them? They're coffee stirrers dipped in chocolate which melts when you stir your coffee with them. Yum)
It's thoughtful and inexpensive and I did that for my secretary last time I had one
