That's so scary I can't even imagine.
My boyfriend used to work at a music store in the mall and one time during FAMU homecoming (when the malls are really crowded), someone was lowering the gate over their store and it banged on the ground. It started a domino effect and people started screaming and lying down on the ground thinking there was a shooting going on.
I'd be so traumatized if I were the girl.
