Business casual every single Sunday. There's something about dressed up formal that makes you act formal, and that's something we have to do every time to get through a chapter with 17 positions, otherwise chapter will last 5 hours (and often does).

We have 1 Formal Meeting a month this is the only meeting where we can vote on things like changes to the bylaws, staff member of the month, faculty member of the month, intra-sorority awards, etc. To this meeting we wear badge attire (no denim, skirts, slacks, dressy pants, dresses, etc, and a nice shirt). The other meetings are informal. We do different things like have speakers, play games, basically our educational programming. We are required by nationals to have three Chapter Development meetings/activities per month, and that is usually what we do on those Mondays. For that meeting, we can wear whatever, but most people wear at least jeans and a t-shirt as opposed to PJs, sweats, etc. (but PJs, sweats, etc are allowed).
