I don't think it is fair to tell women they should not be at parties. WE all go to parties when we are undergrads. It's a fun thing to do.
Agree with Sugar and Spice... unless that girl was Buffy the Vampire Slayer their is no way you can fight off seven guys.
Just for the record if a women says no but doesn't fight off the attacker-- it's still rape.
Also I know the report says that the boys took off her clothes... but it doesn't matter what happened... if she said no and they had sex with her then its rape.
Also the attorney's reply makes me mad... anyone else?
