I'm kinda curious as to other McDonalds restaurants across the country. In Hawaii the McDonalds restaurants have the fruit punch, spam 'n eggs 'n rice and Portuguese sausage eggs 'n rice for breakfast, and Saimin (which is pretty much like ramen with garnishings). Do you know of any other McDs out there that have things on the menu unique to certain parts of the country?

In Oklahoma, we have brie and wine, caviar and lobster tail for McDonald's breakfast.
Can't find it elsewhere though...
