And beleive Me, not all News Prints are that large of a readership!

But as in KC Ks. the smallest Paper gets the contract to publish delinquent tax notices.

"The Call", is a Black Published Paper that I carried one time in My Store but had to quit as not enough sales. Yes I do have a goodly amount of Blacks as customers.

The other small Paper did not get it as they would be or could be vocal about some of the things that the Locals Pols did!

If there is a Hurray Paper extolling the good that a City does, there will be a big dailey who will be right there!
