Lysol...I have this thing about someone using my office phone, so I keep a little can of Lysol in my desk drawer and everytime someone uses my phone, I spray the receiver down. The people I work with think that I am crazy. I also look at the phone to see if the receiver is dirty. Some people don't ever clean their receiver.
