NOOOOOOOOOO! Cream of Wheat - BLECH! Grits are made from corn and have a more coarse texture than Cream of Cat Sick, I mean Cream of Wheat.

If you've ever eaten polenta, you've eaten grits. Polenta is just grits that have cooled.
