I have to have equal proportions of food on my plate and I have to eat a little of everything each time.
I will not drink water first thing in the morning.
If I want a glass of milk and it's not cold enough, I will wait. Putting ice in a glass of milk is a no no.
At night I have to sleep in complete darkness....it's ok to take a nap in the daytime, but at night the room has to be pitch black.
I never drink from the glass in a restaurant I have to have a straw. I'm really not a drinker so don't think I'm out sipping wine with a straw.
I never pick up my utensils and just eat...I always clean it with a napkin....just like that's killing the germs or something, but it's habit.
I must have lipgloss, chapstick, or lipstick on and with me at all times because if I don't I have a habit of licking my lips like LL
