They did once before so I don't see why I wouldn't be able to get in again but you just never know.

I dropped out of my first grad school program for education because it just didn't feel right, and I wasn't happy at the school or with the program. I reapplied to the school that I probably should have chosen in the first place, got in, and now I couldn't be happier.
The moral of the story is: YOU CAN DO IT!
