Also, when I can't sleep, I tell myself a story to get me back to sleep. And not just regular stories, either. I tell myself the story of how I met my first boyfriend, or the story of how I was in labor with my son, or the story of what I did in Lost Wages last summer, stuff like that. I'm usually asleep before I finish the story.
