Most NICs have only Alum Chaptere in Close Proximiety,. not NPC GLOs.
NPC seems to try to have a "Closer Relationship" whether it be true or not.
So let Me ask You a question, why would ABC or XYZ want to affilliate with Other GLOs and not theirt own?
