Here's the official announcement about the return of Beta Eta chapter at the University of Maryland in the fall of 2012. (There's an alumna in my Alumnae Association who's going to be thrilled!!)

Also when a chapter is re-installed do the Quill numbers start over from 1 or do they continue from the last member that was initiated?

Member numbers for the new initiates continue from where the chapter left off when it was closed. Member numbers are not re-issued.
