I guess as long as Mick Jagger and Steven Tyler are still out there (not to mention if Lionel Richie drops another album), Michael Jackson can do it too.

			Soror TRSimon,
I agree with you a whole lot of folks need to retire but they don't and a lot of their music is better anyway because they have been in the business and know how to work the system.

I say power to MJ, Tina Turner, The Isley Brothers, and any other star that has survived in that chaotic business.

			Soror NinjaPoodle,
I disagree with you on this subject! I think MJ still has it! His
mini-movie/video is off the hook!

LOL Well, I have to agree, Mike still has the moves but what turns me off about him is his nose and skin. I miss the old MJ, the 'Off The Wall' version. But of course I will support the brother. He works hard like the rest of us! |

He needs to retire! Ok...no amount of putting popular people on his label is going to make in back in style in again...Chris Tucker and Jay Z...give me a break! But then again, if Biggie was stilll alive...he would have made anyone's tracks hot.

			PrettyKitty,
That's cold! (lol) Nobody wants to give the brother a chance!
You know that he's got to be near 45 years of age and still going strong. . . He's like the energizer bunny! Mike will probably be jammin well into his 90s!

ROTFLMAO!!
(as I wipe the tears off my eyes...) I can still do the segment at the beginning, right after the camera zooms in on Ola Ray. Did I just admit to that??

			Sorors and Friends,
I'm screaming as I read your responses. . . MJ can't get a break from you sistas. . . I must say that I did buy some single cassettes from his Remember the Times. I really liked the song and the video! I never, ever tried to dance like mj because I was afraid that I would fall down and hurt something (lol)! However, I probably won't buy anything from his latest cd!

I really enjoyed hearing your response and you folks are still cold (lol)! |

 | Uh-uh soror, are you talkin' about the zombie routine? Don't trip, because I know that by heart. Fortunately my folks spared my last thread of decency and refused to let me have or buy a Thriller or Beat-It jacket no matter how much I begged.

Soror Serious, I got love for Mike. I mean, I bought two copies of the man's record, and he had a curl. For me, that's love. That latest single is alright, but you have to be more than alright to get my money these days. Michael shouldn't retire, but I am not financing his latest venture unless he comes out with something that is truly so-so fresh and so-so clean clean.

Now Michael is throwing up tables and dancing on bars and stuff? Did he actually hit that guy in the video? I thought he told Paul McCartney that he was "a lover and not a fighter"
   Hee hee. Whoo!
LOLOL
