I once complained about the terrible service I received at a local restaurant in Long Beach called Parkers Lighthouse. The waitress brought us our drinks AFTER our food was served (we didn't even get water beforehand). She then never came back. We had to flag down another waitress to bring us the bread that they normally serve prior to your meal. When she finally came back, I decided to order their creme brulee & she got really pissy about it. Another waiter brought out the dessert as well as the check. I demanded to see the manager & really complained. We got our meal for free but I woulod still not eat there again.
