I agree!! The new release figures allow for a quota "range" going into pref and typically bid matching is run more than one time to see what maximizes the number of woman placed AND the number of groups achieving quota. Because for some reason everyone still focuses on "who made quota" when in reality on most campuses usually everyone but 1 or 2 groups make quota. If its two groups then one is usually way under and new release figures etc etc won't help them and the other groups is off by a few woman and catches up the next day or via snap bidding.
