This reminds me of the old stories of people getting phone calls from recently deceased relatives.

When Jack Froese, 32, died of a heart arrhythmia in June 2011, he left behind a number of grieving friends and family members. But the BBC reports that several mysterious posthumous emails from Froese's account have brought some happiness and closure to those who were closest to him.
Last November, five months after Froese's death, his childhood best friend Tim Hart received an email from Froese's account.
"One night in November, I was sitting on my couch, going through my emails on my phone and it popped up, 'sender: Jack Froese.' I turned ghost white when I read it," Hart told the BBC. "It was very quick and short but to a point that only Jack and I could relate on."
The email had the subject heading, "I'm Watching." While the text of the message itself read, "Did you hear me? I'm at your house. Clean your f***ing attic!!!"
Hart says that shortly before Froese's death, the two had a private conversation in Hart's attic, during which Froese teased him over the attic's messy state. "Just he and I up there. That's it," Hart said.

Ooh, spooky...just as I read this, noticed someone resembling my old (now deceased) roommate. He was the exact body type/weight, wearing a shirt/pants the exact color/type roommate used to wear. But I've never rec'd any emails from the departed...(((Shudder)))

Falciano del Massico, a southern Italian town near Naples, has run out of burial space and the mayor has made the gutsy decision to ban death until they figure out a solution. "It is forbidden for residents ... to go beyond the boundaries of earthly life, and to go into to the afterlife," decreed Mayor Giulio Cesare...

My cousin has the same name as his (deceased) father but he's always gone by his middle name with family. I never realized he must go by his first name outside of family until I got an e-mail from him. It's been years but seeing my uncle's first and last name show up in my inbox NEVER gets any less creepy, even if it does turn out to be his son every time. He needs to add a "Jr." to the end of it or something.

I hope someone else heard about this to verify what I think I heard: Peanuts are going to outlawed at baseball games because some people are allergic (not just to eating peanuts but also to the smell).

From what I can tell it's just specific seats at certain games, and it's not a new idea.

I had a similar thing happen with an address. My grandma passed away in 2006. My uncle's (also passed) family still owns the building she lived in. I got super creeped when I saw an invitation from that address with our last name on it. Turns out my cousin moved into my grandma's apartment. I had no clue.

A man admits to shooting a teenager and it practically took moving Kilimanjaro just to get him arrested but fools want to put a breast on trial with the Supreme Court? 8 YEARS LATER?

WASHINGTON (AFP) - A case involving a fine over a 'wardrobe malfunction' which exposed pop superstar Janet Jackson's breast during the 2004 Super Bowl broadcast was appealed to the United States Supreme Court on Wednesday.

Man Sues BMW, Claims Motorcycle Gave Him 20-Month Erection
I suppose they don’t call them “crotch rockets” for nothing?
A man in California is suing BMW’s North American arm after experiencing what he claims is a motorcycle-induced, 20-month-long erection. It is simultaneously one of the more dubious and sympathy inducing legal cases you’re likely to hear.

This is why is pays to read the menu

http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/weird/Din...149995955.html

A Texas woman says a fight over the included gratuity on a recent restaurant bill got way out of hand.

Jasmine Marks was dining with several friends at the LA Fisherman restaurant on Highway 6 in West Houston and, according to her, received less than impressive service.

When the check came, and included a 17 percent gratuity for a party larger than 5, Marks didn't want to pay up.

"We asked her if the gratuity could be removed and could we give our own tip. She said it is a part of their policy and there wasn't a thing she could do about it," Marks said.

Marks claims that when she refused to pay the gratuity, the employees locked the front doors and called the police.
