I really dont think He is talking about Hazing as Some think.

Individual Chapters will and do things because it is and has been done in Years before.

That is why I and some others Read Dailey about the Crap that goes on and Chapters are Suspenioned!

Do They Reflect on All of us? Yes they Do!
