As for this post, it's so off topic, but cash I will say this--you said instead of punishing rich people with welfare taxes...since when was giving money to those who need it (and the yes, the premise is that they need it) a punishment? I say we just have tighter restriction on who gets welfare and how much. Or we cut that money in half and give a portion to shelters and other agencies that have Joblinks for underprivileged people.
