recruitment at millersville is done on a semester by semester schedule. The first few weeks of each semester is open rush, followed by a mandated maximum of a six week association/pledge period.
I too do not see how they could distinguish which groups could take on freshmen and which couldn't, but the administration seems to have it in their mind that they can. And we're trying to be as mature and professional about our concerns/requests/problems as we can, but it becomes rather disheartening when the administration is unwilling to listen to anything from us.
