why yes...
you can do it in a few ways..first tell the person nicely that you want nothing to do with them, but that you still might want to be friends and nothing more. If this doesn't work, go for the mean approach, i.e. "look, I don't like you, I don't want you, please leave me the hell alone."
If that still doesn't work, it's time to just ignore and avoid, that is usually the best solution in the worst case.
