Ancient Chinese Secret...I think I have the answer!
I am pretty sure that it was for Tide Laundry Detergent (cuz my Mom used Tide)....so that commercial reasonated in my brain! It was a Chinese Laundry place and run by an Asian guy...
The customers come in to get their clothes and they say to the proprietor: "wow..our clothes are so clean- how did you do it?" (and they guy would BS his customers and say "Ancient Chinese Secret")
Then he gets BUSTED and it comes out that the "Ancient Chinese Secret" was that he was really using Tide to get his customers' clothes clean...
