My GLO does not allow members who have been withdrawn to return until they are alums, they write a letter to the National council and demonstrate how they have cared for the sorority etc.. and they can be reinstated as an alum in good standing like she has graduated from college..... but if expelled we dont let them back in (this is rare that we expel members)

BUt in terms of being a collegiate Im not sure you can. Id contact your NHQ and ask them.
