txmom, please excuse me for suggesting this(as i am certain you have advised your daughter to do this), but have your daughter write thank yous to all the alums who have written recs. for her, and ask her to follow up with each rec. writer after formal recruitment to let them know if she pledged and where. as a rec. writing alum., i am delighted when i learn where someone has pledged whom i had written a rec. for and that their recruitment experience was a good one(and hopefully everyone has good experiences). it doesn't matter to me where they end up. ttu-alphaphi mom gave excellent advice. please post a little something in the recruitment story thread when your daughter's recruitment takes place. best wishes for a succesful recruitment to your daughter!!
