I don't think it's because of the dryness, I live in a valley and right beside a pond and next to the Ohio River
It's actually really humid here, heh. Also, rule out the high blood pressure, mine is actually quite low. However, I am taking the advice for the bloodwork. I'm going to my doc pretty soon anyway, so I'll have her do some tests.
